Lead Generation Virtual Assistant for B2B

Virtual assistant Team Support

Sales is the obvious goal for every business. Finding a consistent traffic of leads and having a steady pipeline is necessary but difficult. Increasing B2b sales by generating more leads is a tough, tough business. It requires strategy, skills, marketing and effort, and the worst part is – it takes time! And the thing about time –no matter how much you have it, you still need more.

But first, what do we mean by b2b leads?

B2b (or business-to-business) lead generation is a process of selecting the ideal businesses for your product or services to sell them. Sounds simple? It barely is.

You probably know that already as a business owner.

However, if you’ve been in the business for a while, you will know how frustrating it can get. You may struggle with finding leads. You may struggle with chasing leads. Often, you may find leads, but you’ll accidentally make them lukewarm, cold and uninterested because you didn’t follow through.

The way to attract B2B leads is very different. A one size fits all doesn’t help and ends up making you put efforts without giving you any real results.

Understanding the business landscape and the diversity in consumers is important to create impressive, targeted, and result-yielding strategies.

How can a Lead Generation Virtual assistant help?

At Namo Padmavati, we understand the unique needs and values of your business, to create a sharply accurate buyer’s persona and segment them to strategize and target your ideal clients.

We have tried and tested strategies that yield results. What’s more? We keep revising those tried and tested strategies and adapt according to the situation at hand! We combine these strategies for lead generation.

LinkedIn Lead Generation:

According to Oktopost, LinkedIn is the most effective platform for B2B lead generation. And yet it is heavily underutilized. We leverage LinkedIn to get you organic leads. Outreach on LinkedIn can only do so much, so we carefully nurture leads by following up with warm and cold leads to meet your prospects where they are.

Google search ads:

Google ads can be really effective for b2b when done right. Here you find targeted prospects who are already looking for what you have to offer. Our b2b virtual assistants run and manage ad campaigns to help you get leads and consumers.

Search engine optimization

Optimizing for major search engines is a proven, organic way to attract, reach, and retain an audience. Although time consuming, SEO best practices can help with visibility for small businesses with a small budget.

Email marketing:

The buyer’s journey is vastly different with B2B and B2C, so the marketing and messaging also varies to a great extent. With B2B, the decision makers are potentially many and every decision is taken after much deliberation.

Your segmentation, outreach, warm up, follow-up, and cycle length should be carefully strategized and put into action.

We do just that after thoroughly understanding your business, and the many stakeholders who eventually become your consumers.

With a successful track record of generating high-quality B2b leads, we will find them, follow them, and get them for you!

All you have to do is hit us up. We are available 24/7!

I have one goal in life – to obliterate what society normalizes and impact others to do the same. I come from a traditional background where you are an outsider if you don’t live by the book. Working women are considered taboo, and having a personal purpose is a crime.
But I’ve always wondered – who are they to validate the way I live?
I started working a full-time job when I was 18. I started small in a fast-growing SEO company and worked my way up to become an Operational Manager two years later. I was training teams and engaging with clients. I was doing quality checks and handling distraught customers. I never said no to a task. I had gained a lot of learning experience, but I always knew that a typical 9-5 job would never be enough to satisfy me.
Working under someone wasn’t really my thing. Or following a certain dress code. Or working certain hours for a certain amount of money. These norms may work for many people. It did work for me for a while too.
But I wanted more.
When I decided to start my own company, I lost much support. I was confused, overwhelmed, and had people constantly tell me to “give it up and get married.” At the tender age of 20, I was barely out of high school, and I made many mistakes and trusted the wrong people too quickly.
Others won’t tell you this, but there is safety in working under someone. When I messed up, they had my back. They showed me the way out. But when I became my own boss – as awesome as that sounds – I had to clean up my own mess and learn from my mistakes as soon as I could.
But throughout all, my family believed in me and supported my vision, and they are why I kept going.
Today, I’m glad I never gave up. All those mistakes were lessons I had to learn to grow, progress and win. It made me realize my true potential and taught me how to think beyond my struggles.
I also get to go to work in my pajamas. Yes – it’s as liberating as it sounds.
And every time I complete a project and have satisfied clients – I consider that a win.
In the short span of three years, I’ve worked on over 200 projects and trained several international teams. I have given business coaching to entrepreneurs. I was given the honor to be the City Chair of Hyderabad, India for Global Dignity in 2018-2019. I was also hired as a project manager for many international companies.
Starting Namo Padmavati had a colossal impact on my life that I couldn’t have ever imagined. To me, it’s not about the money. It’s about loyalty, building trust, and providing quality service. It’s about the lessons, the influence, and the respect. It’s about helping others on an international level. Despite the stress and struggles, I now sleep better at night, knowing I have a purpose to look forward to tomorrow and that I made a difference today.
